J. Brix Wines, an award-winning, couple-owned San Diego winery, is partnering with FMI, a San Diego-based wine club that hosts culinary and wine pop-up events across the city, to host a Chef Pop-Up with MabuHI at its flagship tasting room in the North City district in San Marcos. Taking place on Saturday, July 25 from 4pm to 9pm, guests are invited to sip J. Brix's natural wines by the glass or bottle while enjoying chef-driven cuisine and live DJ sets in a relaxed indoor-outdoor setting.
MabuHI, a food truck specializing in Filipino and Hawaiian cuisine, will serve a menu of pork BBQ, kalbi short ribs, chicken katsu and more, accompanied by DJ sets from Brayisme and Hundo.
The event is walk-in only, with food and wine available for purchase.
J. Brix Wines is located at 250 North City Drive in San Marcos. Free and plentiful parking is available at North City.
