North City is giving San Marcos runners a new reason to get moving on Saturday mornings.
The North City Run Club, which currently meets Thursday mornings at 7 a.m. from Union Co-Work, is expanding with a new Saturday morning run launching Saturday, September 12 from 8:30 to 9:30am. The weekend run will start at Necessity Coffee and will offer more than just a traditional run, incorporating stair workouts, intervals, urban fitness and more. Runners will receive 20% off any post-workout drink at Necessity Coffee.
To celebrate the launch, North City is also partnering with prAna for a sample sale from 8:30am to 12pm at Necessity Coffee. Shoppers can save up to 70% on prAna styles, with 100% of proceeds benefiting local nonprofits, making it a chance to shop while supporting a good cause.
The Saturday Run Club will continue weekly at 8:30 a.m. from Necessity Coffee.
