SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CA — Patch reader Paul Sarraffe captured this photo Monday night when Jupiter and Saturn appeared so closely aligned in the sky that they looked like a double planet. He snapped a picture of the "Christmas Star" at Carlsbad State Beach.
