SAN DIEGO, CA – Best-selling author Chelsea Clinton will present her new children’s book, Don’t Let Them Disappear: Twelve Endangered Species Across the Globe, at a special event and book signing May 23 at the San Diego Zoo.

Clinton will read from her book, participate in a question-and-answer session from children in the audience led by San Diego Zoo Global ambassador Rick Schwartz and finish with a book-signing opportunity.

Clinton partnered with illustrator Gianna Marino on this new book, Don’t Let Them Disappear, that will introduce young readers to such endangered animals as rhinos, tigers, whales and pandas, on what makes them special, what threatens them -- plus offering tips on what everyone can do to help prevent these animals from disappearing from the world.
