Chick-Fil-A Plans To Expand, Looks For Operators In San Diego County
There are 19 Chick-fil-A locations in the San Diego area, and all of them are franchise locations.

SAN DIEGO, CA — Chick-fil-A is looking to expand in San Diego County.
The fast food restaurant chain is searching for restaurant franchise operators and hosting a live, informational webinar session to recruit people in Southern California. The company is looking for potential owners in the San Diego area, as well as in the Inland Empire, Orange County and Los Angeles County.
"Chick-fil-A is always evaluating potential new locations for our restaurant expansion, and the San Diego area represents a tremendous opportunity to continue serving existing and new customers," a Chick-fil-A spokesperson told Patch.

Currently, there are 19 Chick-fil-A locations in the San Diego area, and all of them are franchise locations, the spokesperson said.
Chick-fil-A operators are independent restaurant owners who lead their businesses on a day-to-day basis, from hiring and developing employees, to running daily operations, to marketing and growing their stores, according to the company. More than 80 percent operate only one Chick-fil-A restaurant location.
