2 Rescued From Burning Boat In Mission Bay
VIDEO: Firefighters battled a boat fire Wednesday in Mission Bay Channel.

SAN DIEGO, CA – Two people were rescued Wednesday from a burning boat in Mission Bay, fire officials said.
Firefighters battled a boat fire in Mission Bay Channel, near Quivira Court and Quivira Way, according to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department. The 25-foot demasted sailboat was pulled ashore and dismantled in order to extinguish the flames.
The people aboard the small boat got out safely, fire officials said. There were no injuries.
