4.5-Magnitude Earthquake Rattles Southern California
A 4.5-magnitude earthquake struck in eastern San Diego County Sunday afternoon. Did you feel it?
SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CA — A 4.5-magnitude earthquake was felt across San Diego County Sunday afternoon after striking about 10.5 miles southeast of Ocotillo Wells, west of the Salton Sea.
The earthquake began at 3:07 p.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey, striking at a depth of about 6.2 miles.
In Riverside County, the quake was felt in Riverside, Hemet and Indio, according to the USGS "Did You Feel It?" online map.

There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
