Earthquake Shakes Near Borrego Springs In San Diego County
The small quake was reported early Tuesday morning. Did you feel it?
BORREGO SPRINGS, CA — A small earthquake rattled parts of San Diego County early Tuesday morning.
The 3.2 magnitude earthquake was reported at 2:19 a.m. about nine miles east-northeast of Borrego Springs, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The quake was more than 6 miles deep.
Residents reported feeling the quake across the county, including in Escondido, San Diego and Spring Valley, according to the USGS's "Did You Feel It?" map.
