Facial Coverings Required At All San Diego County Courthouses
Facial coverings are now required for the South County courthouse and on Monday for all other court facilities in San Diego County.
SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CA — Facial coverings will be required for everyone at county courthouses regardless of vaccination status due to an increase in COVID-19 cases countywide, San Diego Superior Court officials announced Wednesday.
Facial coverings will be required immediately at the South County courthouse in Chula Vista after five positive COVID-19 test results were reported at the facility. The requirement will go into effect Monday at all other court facilities in the county.
People feeling ill or exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms were asked to stay home and contact the court online, by telephone or mail.
