GOVERNMENT FACILITY, LIBRARY AND PARK CLOSURES

- Coronado Golf Course was closed.
- Coronado Skatepark was closed.
- Coronado Athletic Fields were closed.
- Del Dios Highlands County Preserve: The staging area was closed.
- Felicita County Park: The trail near the creek was closed.
- Guajome Regional Park: The lower park playground was closed.
- Harmony Grove Village Equestrian Park: The staging area was closed.
- John D. Spreckels Center and Bowling Green in Coronado was closed.
- La Mesa City Hall was closed.
- Live Oak Leash Free Dog Park: The staging area was closed.
- Los Penasquitos Ranch House was closed.
- Lusardi Creek County Preserve: The creek access was closed.
- National City's City Hall was closed.
- National City Public Library was closed.
- Programming at the Coronado Community Center and gym were canceled.
- Ramona Grassland County Preserve: The staging area was closed.
- Rancho Guajome Adobe: All trails were closed.
- Rohr Park in Chula Vista was closed.
- San Diego Central Library was closed.
- San Diego Police Department closed both front counters at its headquarters at 1401 Broadway.
- San Elijo Lagoon Ecological Reserve: All trails were closed. The Nature Center and Nature Center Loop Trail remained open.
- Santa Margarita County Preserve: The staging area was closed.
- Sweetwater Bike Park: The full sports park was closed.
- Sweetwater Summit Regional Park: Multiple areas were closed, including the Western Staging Area, Morrison Pond Staging Area and Community Garden Parking Lot.
- Wilderness Gardens County Preserve: All interior trails were closed.

- The Monarch School dismissed students early due to a power outage.
- The San Diego County Office of Education's Community Schools 37ECB, SOUL Academy, Bridges, and Escondido Community School dismissed students early.
- Schools in the Jamul-Dulzura Union School District closed early due to flooding.
- The Julian Union High School District canceled its after-school ASSETs activities due to flooding.
- The Warner Unified School District canceled transportation for its after-school program due to flash flood warnings and the potential for rock and mud slides on bus routes.

Alpine
- As of 1:15 p.m., Via Viejas Road was closed between Calle de Pescadores and Palo Danzante, according to the County of San Diego Department of Public Works.
Bonita
As of 3:04 p.m., Plaza Bonita Road was closed between Bonita and Bonita Mesa roads, according to the County of San Diego Department of Public Works.
Encinitas
- As of 11:56 a.m., the Vulcan Avenue and Union Street intersection was closed, according to the city of Encinitas.
- As of 11:56 a.m., the 600 block of Orpheus Avenue at Puebla Street and Hymettus Avenue was closed, according to the city of Encinitas.
Escondido
- As of 10:19 a.m., Country Club Drive was closed due to flooding in both directions at Harmony Grove Road in the Escondido area, according to the County of San Diego Department of Public Works.
Fallbrook
As of 1:42 p.m., Sandia Creek Road was closed at Santa Margarita Preserve and Rock Mountain Road in the Fallbrook area, according to the County of San Diego Department of Public Works.
La Mesa
- As of 12:46 p.m., University Avenue from Harbinson Avenue to 69th Street was closed due to flooding, according to the city of La Mesa.
- As of 12:46 p.m., Alvarado Road from Guava Avenue to the 70th Street trolley station was closed due to flooding, according to the city of La Mesa.
Oceanside
- As of 10:44 a.m., all lanes were closed on westbound state Route 78 from College Boulevard to El Camio Real in Oceanside due to flooding, according to Caltrans.
Poway
- As of noon, westbound Twin Peaks Road from Ted Williams to Pomerado Road was closed due to severe flooding, according to the city of Poway.
San Diego
- As of 11:38 a.m., Mission Center Road was closed between Hazard Center Drive and Camino De La Reina, according to the San Diego Police Department.
- As of 11:38 a.m., Hazard Center Drive was closed between Avenida Del Rio and the Double Tree Hotel roundabout, according to the San Diego Police Department.
- As of 11:38 a.m., Camino Del Esta was closed between Station Village Lane and Camino De La Reina, according to the San Diego Police Department.
- As of 11:38 a.m., Camino De La Reina was closed between Camino De La Siesta and Avenida Del Rio, according to the San Diego Police Department.
- As of 11:37 a.m., Canyon Crest Drive between Parking Lot 15 and Aztec Circle at San Diego State University was closed due to falling rocks, according to the SDSU Police Department.
