Free Amazon Tours Now Available to the Public at San Diego Robotics Fulfillment Center
San Diego area residents can now experience firsthand the advanced robotics and AI technologies driving Amazon's operations

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – August 5, 2025 – Amazon has expanded its free public tour program, Amazon Tours, to its robotics fulfillment center in San Diego. Located at 6971 Otay Mesa Rd, San Diego, CA 92154, this initiative invites customers to step inside Amazon's state-of-the-art robotics sortable fulfillment center, offering a unique glimpse into the sophisticated technology and dedicated workforce that collaborate to deliver customer orders efficiently.

Amazon Tours at the San Diego robotics fulfillment center are free and open to the public, designed to be informative and engaging for visitors aged six and up. Tours are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
