Give Blood, Get Free Padres Shirt During Padres Winter Blood Drive
The Padres organization has partnered with the San Diego Blood Bank to host a blood drive in recognition of National Blood Donor Month.

SAN DIEGO, CA — Give blood and get a free Padres shirt during the Padres Winter Blood Drive. The annual drive is scheduled Tuesday near Petco Park.
The San Diego Padres has partnered with the San Diego Blood Bank to host the blood drive in recognition of National Blood Donor Month.
"National Blood Donor Month honors blood donors and highlights the need for blood and platelet donations during winter — one of the most difficult times of the year to collect enough blood for hospital patients," the San Diego Blood Bank said in a news release.

Since 2017, the Padres organization has helped collect more than 3,000 pints of blood that supported thousands of patients in Southern California hospitals, according to the San Diego Blood Bank.
The latest blood drive will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Lexus Premier Parking Lot on the corner of Park Boulevard and Imperial Avenue, across from Petco Park. Donors can park for free.

All blood donors will receive a limited-edition Padres Winter Blood Drive T-shirt, while supplies last.
