Gun-Toting Thief Robs Rolando 7-Eleven
A man armed with a handgun robbed a Rolando-area convenience store Thursday.

SAN DIEGO, CA – A man armed with a handgun robbed a Rolando-area convenience store Thursday.
The thief, who appeared to be in his early 40s, confronted a teller at the 7-11 in the 6500 block of El Cajon Boulevard and demanded cash about 5 a.m., according to San Diego police.
He then jumped over the sales counter, took an undetermined amount of money from the register and grabbed some Lotto tickets before fleeing, Officer Sarah Foster said.
