Gunman Suspected Of Robbing Gas Station In San Diego
The thief walked into the gas station, pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded money from the register, police said.

SAN DIEGO, CA – Police Monday were searching for a gunman suspected of robbing a gas station in the El Cerrito area.
It happened at about 12:50 a.m. at the Arco gas station at the intersection of 54th Street and University Avenue, San Diego police Officer John Buttle said.
The thief walked into the gas station, pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded money from the register, Buttle said.

The clerk complied then the man fled eastbound from the store with an undisclosed amount of cash and several lottery tickets, Buttle said.
The suspect was described as a man in his 30s, 5 feet 8, with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black beanie with a gray stripe, gray pants and a dark hoodie.
