Gunman Tries To Rob San Diego Taco Bell
A gunman tried to rob a Taco Bell in the Stockton neighborhood of San Diego, police said.
SAN DIEGO — A gunman tried to rob a Taco Bell in the Stockton neighborhood, police said Sunday.
On Saturday evening, the suspect walked up to the counter of the fast-food restaurant in the 3100 block of Market Street and used his gun to motion the employees to the cash register, said Officer Robert Heims of the San Diego Police Department. The employees did not go to the register and the suspect ran out the door, then eastbound toward 32nd Street. There was no loss,
The suspect was described as a black man, 6-foot-1-inch tall, fat and heavy. He wore a black beanie, black mask, black sunglasses, black pants, gloves and either a black or gray hoodie pulled up covering his face.
