Gunmen Wearing Ski Masks Rob Paradise Hills Liquor Store

Police were searching for two men suspected of robbing a Paradise Hills liquor store at gunpoint while wearing ski masks.

SAN DIEGO, CA – Police Tuesday were searching for two men suspected of robbing a Paradise Hills liquor store at gunpoint while wearing ski masks.

It happened around 9:30 p.m. Monday at Big Time Market & Liquor, just east of where Alleghany Street ends and turns into Saipan Drive, San Diego police Officer John Buttle said.

The gunmen walked in, pointed their handguns at the store employees, demanded money and told the employees to get on the floor, Buttle said. The two men left with an undetermined amount of cash and money orders.

The suspects were last seen getting into a silver compact car before fleeing the area in an unknown direction, Buttle said.

The first suspect was described as a white or Hispanic man, 5 feet 6 and around 185 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black ski mask, a silver baseball cap, dark clothing and he had a black semi-automatic handgun.

The second suspect was described as a white or Hispanic man, 5 feet 6, with a skinny build. He was last seen wearing a black ski mask and dark clothing and he had a brown handgun.
