The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is kicking off its 2026 tour across the country and cruising into San Diego for one day only.

SAN DIEGO, CA — The popular Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is kicking off its 2026 tour across the country and cruising into San Diego for one day only.
The truck will stop Saturday at Fashion Valley. The all-pink cafe on wheels will carry exclusive treats and collectibles celebrating all things Hello Kitty.

During the pop-up event, fans can purchase sweet treats and limited-edition collectibles, including Hello Kitty-themed apparel, accessories and home goods.

The merchandise list features new 10th anniversary items such as blankets, keychains, plush toys, mugs, thermal bottles, tumblers, sweatshirts and T-shirts. Sweet treats include 10th anniversary cookies, five-piece macaron sets and madeleines.
Only credit and debit cards will be accepted, according to organizers.

The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck made its debut in October 2014 as part of Sanrio's first food-related venture.
The truck will be available from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday at Fashion Valley at 7007 Friars Road in San Diego.
After San Diego, the truck will continue its tour with a Feb. 7 stop in Torrance.
