SAN DIEGO, CA — Chick-fil-A restaurants in San Diego County are celebrating the new year by giving customers a complimentary chicken sandwich.

Customers can score a free Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich or grilled chicken sandwich through Saturday.

"We're grateful for the continued support from our San Diego community," said Gage Mercer, local owner-operator of Chick-fil-A Mission Center Road. "This offer is a simple way to say thank you and invite our guests to enjoy one of our classic menu favorites."

The offer is available exclusively through the Chick-fil-A app and valid only at participating San Diego-area Chick-fil-A restaurants.
