Kids Get In Free At These Museums, Attractions In San Diego County

SAN DIEGO, CA — Kids have less than two weeks left to get in free at dozens of museums and other attractions across San Diego County.

Kids Free San Diego continues through October at nearly 60 aquariums, gardens, museums and other cultural attractions in the county. Participating attractions offer free admission for children 12 and younger with a paid adult ticket. Some locations are free for the entire family or offer pay-what-you-wish admission year-round.

In addition to local museums, major local attractions participating in the annual program include Belmont Park, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Zoo Safari Park, SeaWorld and Sesame Place.

The program, presented by the San Diego Museum Council in partnership with the San Diego Tourism Authority and with support from First 5 San Diego, aims to offer greater access to museum experiences to more San Diego families. Last year, 85,000 children and adults participated in the Kids Free program. according to the San Diego Museum Council.
