Man Found After Roll Over, High-Speed Chase With Border Patrol
A man who tried to run away after crashing his vehicle in City Heights during a high-speed chase was located by Border Patrol agents.
SAN DIEGO, CA — A man who tried to run away after crashing his vehicle in City Heights during a high-speed chase was located Tuesday morning by Border Patrol agents.
At around 4:30 a.m., agents pursued an SUV with two occupants from Interstate 805 to University Avenue where they rear-ended the vehicle causing it to roll, local news stations reported.
The driver of the vehicle then ran away and was located around 6:15 a.m., officials confirmed. It was not immediately clear what prompted the pursuit nor where it began. No injuries were reported.
