Man Killed Crossing Street In La Jolla
The pedestrian was taken to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
SAN DIEGO, CA — A man was killed walking across the street in La Jolla, police said Tuesday.
At around 6 p.m. Monday, a 40-year-old woman driving a 2012 Toyota Camry struck a 70-year-old man as he crossed in the 2500 block of Torrey Pines Road, according to the San Diego Police Department.
The pedestrian was taken to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

No other information was released, however SDPD investigators say alcohol was not a factor in the accident.
