Man Shot In Leg At Mission Valley Motel

The victim was transported to a hospital, police said.

SAN DIEGO, CA – A man was shot in the leg Wednesday morning at a motel in the Mission Valley area, police said.

Dispatchers received a 911 call around 4:15 a.m. from a person who reported a shooting at the Motel 6 on Hotel Circle North, San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros said.

Officers responded to the area and found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound to his leg, Delimitros said.

The victim, whose age was not immediately available, was taken to a hospital for treatment of his injuries, which were not believed to be life- threatening, the officer said.
