Nearly $420K Mega Millions Ticket Sold In San Diego County
The Mega Millions game is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

SAN DIEGO, CA — Someone in San Diego won nearly $420,000 in Tuesday evening's drawing of the multi-state Mega Millions lottery.
A Mega Millions ticket with five numbers, but missing the Mega number, was sold at a gas station in San Diego, the California Lottery announced. The ticket — worth $419,367 — was purchased at Chevron Extra Mile at 3774 Main St. in San Diego.
The numbers drawn Tuesday were 26, 28, 36, 63, 66 and the Mega number was 15. The jackpot was $306 million.

There were no tickets sold with all six numbers. The odds of matching all five numbers and the Mega number are 1 in 302,575,350, according to the California Lottery.
The Mega Millions game is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Drawings take place Tuesdays and Fridays.
