"After Regency Centers acquired the shopping center in 2013, the Hub Hillcrest Market went under a major renovation that brought bold artwork, a fresh color palate and more relevant tenants to the shopping center," said Chris Sanchez a leasing agent for Regency Centers. "The goal was to create a unique lineup of restaurants and different offerings that you wouldn’t find at your traditional grocery-anchored shopping center. I think the residents are just now beginning to experience the fruits of Regency Center’s labor over the last few years."
The Hub, at nearly 149,000 square feet, is located along University Avenue in San Diego's Hillcrest neighborhood.
