New Housing from Shea Homes coming to Chula Vista and Mission Valley

Shea adds new homes at The Village of Escaya in Chula Vista and at Civita in Mission Valley

Shea Homes San Diego will open three new neighborhoods at The Village of Escaya in Chula Vista and one new neighborhood at Civita in Mission Valley on Saturday, June 10.

Saturday morning, Shea Homes San Diego unveils six new model homes during the public grand opening of The Village of Escaya in Otay Ranch, where Shea’s three distinctive neighborhoods showcase Spanish, Farmhouse and Ranch architectural styling. This collection of new homes includes traditional single-family homes up to 2,949 square feet at Seville, alley-loaded single-family homes at Sierra, and triplex condominium homes at Strata.

With four to five bedrooms and three baths, ranging up to 2,949 square feet, Seville at The Village of Escaya will be priced from the high $500,000s.

Strata at The Village of Escaya offers three to four bedrooms and two to three baths in plans that range from 1407 to 1736 square feet. Pricing will begin in the high $300,000s.

Sierra at The Village of Escaya will present three to five bedrooms and two to three baths, ranging from 1833 to 2179 square feet. Pricing at Sierra will start in the high $400,000s.

The Village of Escaya is located off Main Street and Heritage Road in Chula Vista. From I-805, take the Main Street exit and drive east; watch for a new extension of Heritage Road and follow the signs. For information, please call 866-696-7432.

Further north, in the Civita masterplanned community in Mission Valley, Shea Homes San Diego will celebrate the grand opening of two new model homes at Lucent II on June 10.

“Many of the homes at Lucent Ii feature all living space on one level,” said Vanessa Linn, vice president of sales and marketing for Shea Homes San Diego, who noted that the remainder are two-story penthouses, featuring an upstairs family room and an outdoor deck and fireplace.

Lucent consists of seven five-story buildings, with either six or 12 homes per building. Ranging from 1,457 to 1,878 square feet, homes at Lucent II offer two to three bedrooms and two to two-and-a-half baths. Award-winning vertical architecture features dramatic window walls and balconies. Each home is accessed via an interior elevator and includes a two-car garage on the ground floor.
