SAN DIEGO, CA — A bar and restaurant in San Diego’s Hillcrest neighborhood was ordered to close after it failed a health inspection, with inspectors citing the business for a “major” vermin violation, according to KUSI.
San Diego County officials shut down the popular Gossip Grill in the 1200 block of University Avenue on April 1 after a re-inspection that followed a March inspection when the business was found to have a “minor” vermin violation, the outlet reported.
The “major” violation required immediate corrective action or closure until compliance was achieved, according to KUSI.
