- Angry Pete's Pizza at Santee Lakes was closed Monday.
- SeaWorld San Diego was closed Monday.
GOVERNMENT FACILITIES
- Four donation sites and resource hubs were closed Monday in the city of San Diego:
- College Rolando Library
- Encanto Recreation Center
- Mountain View/Beckwourth Library
- Southcrest Recreation/Teen Center

- Guajome Regional Park: The nature trail was closed Monday.
- Harmony Grove Equestrian Park: The staging area was closed Monday.
- Live Oak County Park: The leash-free dog area was closed Monday.
- Lusardi Creek County Preserve: Creek access was closed Monday.
- San Elijo Lagoon Ecological Reserve: All trails were closed Monday except the Nature Center Loop Trail.

- As of 8:36 a.m. Monday, the eastbound SR-78 El Camino Real onramp was closed due to flooding.

- As of 9 p.m. Monday, 7400 Hazard Center Drive was closed.
- As of 9 p.m. Monday, 1900-2000 Monument Road was closed due to flooding.
- As of 9 p.m. Monday, 2600-2700 Monument Road was closed due to flooding.
- As of 9 p.m. Monday, 2400 Hollister Street was closed.
- As of 9 p.m. Monday, 2800 Hollister St. was closed.
- As of noon Monday, 3800 Estuary Way was closed.
- As of 9 p.m. Monday, 11100 Roselle St. was closed.
- As of 9 p.m. Monday, San Pasqual Valley Road at Ysabel Creek Road was closed.
