San Diego Padres Accidentally Give Away Bug-Infested Beach Hats
Grain beetles were found in the packaging, the team said.

SAN DIEGO, CA – The San Diego Padres gave away – and then took back – free beach hats Saturday afternoon. The team announced the hats may have been infested with bugs.
"During the distribution of tonight's beach hat giveaway, it was discovered that some packaging contained what independent experts believe to be grain beetles," a statement from the team read.
Grain beetles pose no threats to humans, but the team decided to stop handing out the hats "out of an abundance of caution."
