San Diego's Luxpitality Relocates Corporate Headquarters to East Village to Accommodate Growth
Local Hospitality Company Selects Office Space That Aligns with Entrepreneurial Spirit

San Diego's hospitality company that connects new-age businesses with unique hotels for corporate events or team-bonding experiences Luxpitality announced the relocation of its headquarters to the Union East Village office building, located at 704 J St.
The two-story, 12,000 square foot building is the newest of five Union Cowork locations, and encourages collaboration and creativity among Luxpitality’s employee base as well as other innovative, homegrown companies and individuals. The retrofitted industrial space was designed by Basile Studio Inc, and all desks and tables were handmade by a local entrepreneur who goes by @austin_builds on Instagram. Each Union Cowork location includes an original flying rhino mural that was painted by a San Diego artist, Hugo Fernando Fierro.
In addition to the San Diego headquarters, Luxpitality now has over 20 global offices and more than 50 hospitality experts stationed around the world. Their locally-based and globally-connected team liaises directly with 4- and 5-star independent hotels and small brands on behalf of their clients to offer completely customized group trip options.

Luxpitality's Co-founder and Chief Idea Person Patrick Burkhardt said, “We’ve experienced some serious momentum since we launched Luxpitality in 2015, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to be based in the East Village, an area that’s growing as fast as we are and truly embodies the entrepreneurial spirit of our company. The new office space brings our company vision and progress to life. In the last few months alone, we have brought on several incredible, forward-thinking clients, not to mention all our new partner hotels that make those of us in the hospitality industry swoon.”
Luxpitality’s newest clients include local companies such as Classy, also located in the East Village, and multiple California hotels including Pendry San Diego, L’Auberge Del Mar, Grande Colonial, Island Hotel, The Hollywood Roosevelt, Two Bunch Palms, AutoCamp Russian River and AutoCamp Santa Barbara.
