San Diego's 'Taste Of Little Italy' Tickets On Sale

Attendees have two "routes" from which to choose -- each with 20 or so participating restaurants.

SAN DIEGO, CA – The 10th annual "Taste Of Little Italy" returns to the San Diego neighborhood Wednesday, June 13, and "Taste Passports" are on sale for $40 apiece.

From 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., participants stroll through Little Italy and enjoy tasting bites from some of the neighborhood’s most popular restaurants. Also planned that evening: live music on the street corners.

Ticketholders receive Taste Passports, a guide map to the participating eateries and their menu offerings.

“San Diego’s Little Italy neighborhood is excited to host the most flavorful event of the summer and celebrate its 10th annual event,” said Chris Gomez, district manager of the Little Italy Association. “Visitors and locals will be able to sample nearly 20 top eateries in the neighborhood all in one night, trying each restaurant’s most popular dishes, including appetizers, entrees, desserts and beverages.”

Two different Taste Passport routes are available on the event website—a south route and a north route, each featuring different, but equally delicious, restaurants.
