For those wishing to keep kitchen prep at a minimum, options abound throughout San Diego County, with restaurants offering in-house, chef-prepped dining specials and gourmet meals, sides or tasty treats and desserts for takeout.

BASKIN-ROBBINS: The iconic, all-ice cream Turkey Cake is back! With praline glaze and two sugar cone legs on top of a frosting garnish, this “turkey” can be ordered with choice of ice cream. BLACK ANGUS: Thanksgiving diners can choose to eat in-house with a turkey dinner, with all of the trimmings ($24.99 per adult or $10.99 per child), or order a Feast To Go.
