SDSU Marketing Professional Certificate Courses Begin Jan. 30
Learn from Local Marketing Experts

Customer experience, big data, better video content, and personalized everything are just some of the trends driving today’s marketing. Students can learn skills and multi-platform strategies to address them all, in the SDSU College of Extended Studies Professional Certificate in Marketing program.
Taught by local marketing leaders and innovators, it’s designed for early- to mid-career marketing, advertising, public relations, media, and sales professionals, as well as anyone wanting to enter any of these exciting careers. Students can earn their Professional Certificate or take only the courses they need
“The program was fantastic. So fantastic, in fact, that it inspired me to quit my six-figure sales job and jump in the proverbial trenches to start my own business,” said graduate Michaela Rosdahl, founder of Dynamic Marketing San Diego. “The program gave me perspectives from the client side as well as the agency side, while also giving me tactical skills —handling social media accounts for businesses, building a marketing strategy, designing a creative brief, developing a business plan, and more. The program gave me a broader perspective of the possibilities with a career in marketing, and I knew after graduating that I eventually wanted to do this on my own.”
