SeaWorld San Diego To Celebrate National Dolphin Day This Weekend

SAN DIEGO, CA — National Dolphin Day is Sunday, and SeaWorld San Diego is celebrating all weekend long with educational presentations, up-close experiences and special treats.

The San Diego theme park is offering various opportunities to see and learn more about dolphins Friday through Sunday.

Visitors can see how the animal care team and dolphins work together during daily Dolphin Connections at Dolphin Point, home to bottlenose dolphins. During Dolphin Adventures presentations, visitors will see high-flying bottlenose dolphins as well as rescued pilot whales.

The theme park is also offering photo opportunities with the Coral the Dolphin costumed character and dolphin-themed treats, including a festive cupcake. There will be an all-weekend happy hour at Underwater with a special $5 Dolphin Fizz cocktail.

Additionally, SeaWorld is offering a 10% discount on all merchandise at Dolphin Treasures, with an extra 10% off for annual pass members.
