SeaWorld San Diego To Celebrate World Sea Turtle Day This Weekend
The theme park is celebrating all weekend long with interactive experiences and a free turtle plush with purchase while supplies last.
SAN DIEGO, CA — World Sea Turtle Day is Sunday, and SeaWorld San Diego is celebrating all weekend long with interactive experiences, a free turtle plush with purchase and more.
The San Diego theme park is offering various opportunities to see and learn more about sea turtles Friday through Sunday.
The festivities kick off with daily Aquarist Q&A sessions and turtle feeds at 10:45 a.m. in the Turtle Reef Gallery and 12:45 p.m. at the North Turtle Pond. At 1:30 p.m., the park's turtle dive team will play games like rock, paper, scissors.

The mascot Arthur C Turtle will be in front of Discoveries Gift Shop for photo opportunities.
The theme park is offering a free turtle plush with purchase at Reef Gifts while supplies last. Turtle-shaped conchas will also be available at various SeaWorld restaurants throughout the weekend, including Shipwreck Reef Cafe, Hibisco Tacos and More, Explorer's Café, Calypso Bay Smokehouse and Coral Market.
