Seven Seas Food Festival Returns To SeaWorld San Diego

SAN DIEGO, CA — Seven Seas Food Festival is back at SeaWorld San Diego with an expanded menu featuring all-new flavors from around the world.

The annual event runs on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through April 28 at the San Diego theme park.

This year's menu features more than 100 food and drink options inspired by signature dishes from around the world. The menu highlights delicacies inspired by Asian, German, Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine, among others.

In addition to festive food and drinks, the festival features entertainment in each Seven Seas Food Festival area. Entertainment includes an all-new Bavarian Band, Lion Dance performers, Mariachi Divas, Polynesian fire knife dancers and Taiko Drummers.

Some of the new food items include:

• Braised Bratwurst: served on a pretzel bun with potato salad
• Schnitzel Sandwich Melt: served on rye bread
• Sauerbraten with Spaetzle: braised beef marinated in wine, vinegar, and spices with egg noodles
• Tahitian Tuna: tuna, coconut milk, lime, onion, tomato, cucumber, and green bell peppers
• Tri Tip Bao Bun: bao bun, tri tip, and kimchi
• Chicken Tikka Masala: served over rice
• Stir Fry: noodles, cabbage, shredded carrots, green onions, and soy sauce

Some of the new drinks and cocktails include:

• Milk Tea: served with boba
• Lucky Dragon Punch: passion fruit, orange, guava, sparkling water, lychee popping boba
• Seven Seas Spiked Seltzer: served with popping boba
• Santorini Lemonade: lemonade, pomegranate and mint
• Berlin Mule: ginger beer, lime juice and Jagermeister
• Sea Breeze: cranberry, vodka and grapefruit
• Tiki Punch: tequila, coconut bum, blue curacao, lime and mint
• Fortune Fizz: vodka, Midori, sweet and sour, sparkling water
