BREAKING NEWS: Sexual Assault Suspect at Large in Talmadge

Woman assaulted and Robbed in own home

The assault occurred at 5:35 AM. SDPD officers responded shortly after, after the suspect assaulted the victim, he demanded money and her car keys. He drove away from the scene with the car, which SDPD recovered less than a mile away. The woman was in her home at the tine, once she verified it was safe, she ran to a neighbors house to request help. The neighbor called police right away. Officers located a male that matched the mans description, and he fled, west on 50th street. Responding officers lost sight of suspect.
