St. Paul's PACE El Cajon Names New Center Director
Preston Choctaw is the new center director of St. Paul's PACE El Cajon.

SAN DIEGO, CA — St. Paul's Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) has hired Preston Choctaw as the new center director of the El Cajon site.
At St. Paul's PACE El Cajon, Choctaw will be responsible for the overall management of the center to ensure seniors receive the quality of care and services they need, according to the organization.
Choctaw, a Chula Vista resident, is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with more than 17 years of quality improvement experience, combining collaborative relationship building, with a working knowledge of data-driven processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

"I specialize in quality improvement and process improvement," Choctaw said.
"I'm an analyst by nature so I will tend to gravitate towards reviewing data and numbers. However, due to my strong psychology and social work background, my biggest strength is actually my ability to form positive relationships through empathy, honesty and humor. We serve one of the most vulnerable populations and my goal is to really focus on their quality outcomes."

Choctaw has project managed multiple audits (NCQA, DMHC, URAC) in past roles, resulting in a 100 percent performance score (no deficiencies) for each external audit.
St. Paul's Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a medical program for low-income seniors with chronic medical conditions that cares for seniors so that they can remain living in their homes longer. The program offers primary medical care, rehabilitation therapies, social services, home care, transportation and other services.
