Strong Winds Return To San Diego County

LIST: Here are the highest observed wind gusts in the last 12 hours as of 9 a.m., according to the National Weather Service.

SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CA – Strong winds have returned to the San Diego region, prompting the National Weather Service to issue another red flag warning for the county.

The warning, which means critical fire weather conditions are expected for the region, is in effect through 10 a.m. Friday for the county's inland valleys and mountains.
