Teen Killed, Another Badly Injured In Car Crash On SR-905

SAN DIEGO, CA — Two 19-year-old men were injured early Monday, one fatally, when the car they were in crashed on an Otay Mesa freeway, authorities reported.
The driver of the BMW 435i lost control for unknown reasons while heading east on state Route 905 shortly after midnight, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The vehicle veered off the roadway, struck a guardrail west of Heritage Road and overturned before rolling side-over-side down an embankment, CHP public-affairs Officer Salvador Castro said.
