After twenty years in the industry, Haring decided that the long hours he was working could be put to better use. “I know ownership will not mean fewer hours, but I figured if I am going to work around the clock, I might as well be building sweat-equity in my own business,” said Haring. I have always enjoyed working with smaller agencies that had a start-up mentality; and owning my own CertaPro Painters franchise will allow me to continue to create the culture I desire.”
