SAN DIEGO, CA — A pickup truck in the Swan Canyon community of San Diego struck a woman and fled the scene, leaving her in serious condition at a hospital, authorities said Sunday.
The Toyota Tacoma was going southbound in the 3200 block of Home Avenue at about 11 p.m. Saturday when it struck the pedestrian, who was in the roadway, the San Diego Police Department reported.
San Diego police urged anyone with information regarding the crash to call them at 619-531-2000 or Crime Stoppers at 888-580-8477.
