Nearby Dartmoor Way and Sharon Place properties also closed between $2.3 million and $3.7 million, underscoring the area's strong single-family housing market and high price-per-square-foot values.
4. Silicon Valley voters to weigh 'billionaire tax' ballot measure (sanjosespotlight.com) — San Jose readers will help decide California's proposed one-time "billionaire tax," Proposition 40, which could raise about $100 billion for health care, food aid, and education but might also drive wealthy residents out of state.
