A Truth About Emotions

Emotions are not permanent. Everything is in a state of change. It’s a law of the universe.

Whether joy or sadness, jealousy or delight—there is one thing for sure, it will not last long.

Imagine if someone who had suicidal thoughts knew that? 

Imagine if you could remember this truth when you are down and when you are up.  True education.
