Settle in for lunch, Woodside Vineyards wine, and Nate’s pizza in the garden. It is the kind of Saturday gathering where people can catch up over lunch while the dogs do the same a few feet away.

The Enchanted Bookshop has come to life— and characters have escaped into Downtown San Carlos! Help San Carlos Children's Theater find them to earn a special storybook treasure. The hunt, for families with kids 2-8, will take about 30 minutes to complete (depending on how fast you walk!) and will cover about .5 miles of distance. 
Families can start anytime between 10am and 11:30am and must finish by 12pm. The first 15 adventurers will receive a special storybook treasure, and all who complete the hunt before 12:00 PM will receive a little treat to celebrate their adventure&nbsp; Hosted by San Carlos Children's Theater.&nbsp;

Cars &amp; Cabernet features a diverse selection of automobiles at the AutoVino property, including modern Ferraris, Lamborghinis, and rare classics. Guests can stroll through the display rows, engage with the owners, and enjoy food and wine in the Wine Garden.
PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL
Car owners who want to showcase their vehicles are welcome to join the parking lot display area. To secure the best spots, please arrive before 11:00 AM, as the main display rows fill up quickly.

Guests can enjoy wines from Woodside Vineyards, paired with lunch prepared in our restored 1955 Flxible Bus Diner. Neapolitan-style pizzas are cooked in a 900° oak-fired oven, along with gourmet burgers, tri-tip steak, and fresh Atlantic salmon.

This summer, kids will explore all the ways light brightens, illuminates, reflects, and reveals, while discovering that Jesus is the light who brings hope to a dark world.
Each day is filled with music, games, crafts, a fun snack, and amazing stories. It's going to be a huge blast!!

More than just ensuring our clients are fed, clothed, healthy, and housed, we help them create their own stability and remain an active, successful part of the community. Over recent years, more and more families in San Mateo County have been thrust into poverty. From the COVID-19 pandemic, to increasing wealth inequality, to the impacts of inflation and the housing crisis, the financial pressures on our neighbors have grown. Through it all, Samaritan House has been here to help – keeping pace with the demand and opening up new possibilities for people living in poverty. Though the road ahead is uncertain, we remain steadfast to our commitment to helping over 32,000 of our neighbors living in poverty every year. The result is a bag which you will love &amp; use! We make sure that the classes and designs are accessible for a first timer . You will learn some basic leather work skills and walk about with your very own handmade crossbody bag. Along the way you get to make some key design decisions - on straps, closures &amp; hardware. So the bag you walk away with is unique and yours. The bag itself has a removable strap (choose between leather or guitar strap), and an inside pocket. A choice of colors of high grade leather be available. 30% of the leather we use was previously disgarded, and we strive hard to keep waste to a minimum.
