Wood-Fired Pizza and Wings from the Bus

Our restored 1955 diner bus serves as the heart of the kitchen, where Chef Nick and Pizzaiolo Nate craft Neapolitan-style pizzas using 48-hour fermented dough. Oak-fired chicken wings are perfectly flame-kissed and crispy—comfort food made fresh and served quickly.
