Chef Nick and Pizzaiolo Nate will be firing up the restored 1955 diner bus to serve authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas and crispy, flame-kissed wings. Each pizza starts with dough that has been fermenting for 48 hours, resulting in a light and flavorful crust that pairs beautifully with a glass of Woodside Vineyards Cabernet or Chardonnay.
Inge’s Signature Charcuterie Board
Inge’s handcrafted charcuterie board features a delightful combination of bold and savory flavors. It includes artisan cheeses, imported salumi, marinated olives, roasted nuts, and housemade jams, all served alongside rustic breads, crackers, and seasonal fruits like pears and figs.
