Car Burglary Suspects At Large In San Carlos

San Mateo County Sheriff's deputies are looking for three men who allegedly broke into vehicle Monday evening and stole video equipment.

SAN CARLOS, CA -- Three men allegedly broke into a victim's vehicle in San Carlos Monday night and stole video equipment valued at about $2,800, the San Mateo County Sheriff's Department reported.

A witness saw the suspects get into a grey sports utility vehicle and drive away on the 100 block of Colton Avenue. They were described as Hispanic males wearing dark hooded sweatshirts and heard speaking Spanish. The getaway vehicle had tinted windows in the front and back as well as damage to the left rear bumper.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call the sheriff's detective bureau at 650-599-1536.
