The committee will advise the authority’s board of directors on transportation expenditure plan projects and programs and on the use of money collected under Measure A.
Measure A is a half-cent sales tax approved by voters to provide money for improving transportation and infrastructure. The expenditure plans indicate which projects and programs are priorities for improving transportation in the county and includes improvements to Caltrain, highways and streets, paratransit service and walkways and bikeways.
