Mamacita Fitness Event

Please join us for a special fitness class hosted by Mamacita Fitness. Bring your kiddos and your stroller (or come solo!) and enjoy a workout with other SCBMC moms. You'll complete a circuit training class which includes strength exercises for the entire body mixed with bursts of cardiovascular conditioning using a resistance band, mat and park areas. The class is suitable for prenatal (with a doctor's written permission) and postnatal (at least 6 weeks postpartum) moms. If you're just getting back into shape, we'll help you ease back in; if you're already fit, we'll make you work!
