POLL: Was Taylor Buckley's Punishment Too Lenient?
The father of Anthony Giraudo, who died after suffering a punch from San Carlan Taylor Buckley, is back in the news four years after his son's death. He feels Taylor's sentence was too lenient. What do you think?

The four year anniversary of Anthony Giraudo’s death at the hands of San Carlan Taylor Buckley has placed the much-talked about tragedy back in the headlines of the San Jose Mercury News.
As described in the article, Giraudo was hanging out with his friends from Serra High at a Giants game, one of whom was dating the ex-girlfriend of a Carlmont High teen who was also at the game with a group of his own friends, 18-year-old Taylor Buckley among them.
Tempers flared and Buckley snuck up behind Giraudo and sucker-punched him. The shot to the temple wound up killing Giraudo.
